The front desk host Gian was very friendly and assisted me well. All staff I encountered were so friendly and engaging. The facilities were clean and comfortable. And the location was great. I would stay here again

Very clean . Most of the hotels have a smell that trigger my allergies. This property doesn’t have that so I will continue to stay in this hotel.

I have noticed with a lot of orlando hotels that room service/clean can every 3 to 5 days. Not here. room serviced daily. spotlessly clean. staff very helpful. fairly good breakfast. 24 hour tea/coffee. free parking.... some hotels now charging. lovely and quiet yet about 50m from icon park. I have been coming to florida for almost 40 years and i can honestly say this is by far the best value hotel I've stayed in. I highly recommend

The location was excellent, and the price was unbelievable for I-Drive. They also served free breakfast, which was the icing on the cake. My room was clean with Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plus, the room was much bigger than other hotel rooms. I give them two thumbs up for customer service. EDDY was very nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again and tell family and friends.

Breakfast had a limited selection but could not fault the hotel or room. The location next to Icon park is perfect and Universal is a 10 minute Uber away. Staff at this hotel were very helpful. We've stayed at a few hotels in this area but this is the one we are returning to.

I love the location. It was very convenient that I didn’t have to drive far to find food or medicine for my family and could avoid the highway if I wanted to, but I was still very close to the amusement parks. I was on the top floor so I had a great view. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with anything we needed the whole stay. The two men on staff during my check-in had a fantastic sense of humor. I immediately felt welcome.

I loved the location.It was ideal.You could find everything within walking distance.They cleaned the rooms everyday.The receptionists displayed very good customer service.They were helpful and kind.Having an ATM at the hotel was a bonus.You could get cash if you were running low.I loved the eggs,pancakes and yogurt in the mornings.The ice machine was available 24/7 along with vending machines.This hotel was great for the money I spent.I would go there again.

It’s in such a great location for everything you’d want to do in Orlando. We stayed here because we had tickets to Universal for the weekend. We were only 8 minutes away from parking at universal. Such great restaurants and mini golf right next door. Melissa at the front desk was one of the best ladies I’ve ever had help me check into a hotel before. I called before we left to head to Orlando which is a 3 hr drive for us, and check in time wasn’t until 3. I called and melissa said she should have a room for us ready to go when we get to the property at 12. She was so amazing with answering questions and being so helpful. Of course I forgot my ID to check in with and she kindly accepted the picture I had of it on my phone. If you stay here, ask for melissa. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

the staff and room was amazing. I had amazing housekeeping everyday. they were always so friendly. room was cozy and clean and they always tried to do their best by me. I had to leave early and they offered me a refund. their poor elevator broke, and they were still good to me.
